Hey butter - gopher makes a good point. They're picking their team based on ability. we're picking based on first come, first serve. We might get our asses handed to us, especially since we're down a player.

I have faith in our players... we are dedicated to the defeat of the VPL... and I don't want to play favorites just because of skill level... If we lose, at least we can say we let everyone have a fair shot, not just the most skilled players...

butter - I'm sorry but it's just...silly. You said we're dedicated to the defeat of the VPL...so shouldn't we field our best team? Otherwise you're more dedicated to a "fair shot" than defeat of the VPL.

And really, being down a man, we need our best players. Maybe it's all rhetoric, but it sounds like you're greatly underestimating them.

drano, I am dedicated to defeating the VPL, but I am also dedicated to the AVPL, and I don't want members that joined the ranks right off the bat to be removed from the shot just because we have more skilled players... I have full belief in all of our members. I think everyone in the AVPL can fight against the VPL... they may be tough, but I believe we are better. This is the decision... it may make things more difficult, but I really feel like this will pay off for the better for us...

We do have one substitution, In place of mispelledlazer, we are putting in Gobbledydook, due to lazer's lack of points and Gobbles is next on the list...
