Communication breakdown game?

I'm playing a game where someone playing silly buggers discussed the idea of Dip Roulette (Chat Roulette with pants on). It got me thinking about a game that requires a bit of honesty, would be relatively low value and a bit of interest....

At this time not many players are online because its night n Usa or Europe(I dont know) But in India its Broad DAY...So wanted to see how many people are online at this time..

Jumping screens?

Does anyone know what I mean? I am looking at my map, have put in some instructions and saved, and then my screen starts moving up and down as if it is scrolling through all my orders. Apart from being really annoying, I was wondering what was causing it - any thoughts?

Alright, here's a little explanation of all the types of games we have so far.

"KingDIP Tournaments" : Compete in tournaments to earn fame. (Awarding of Honor varies.)

"War is [Heaven]" Games: The easiest method to earning Honor found in basic gameplay. (1 point of Honor to the top 3 players, 1 point of Honor to anyone involved in a solo/Draw.)

"Nucleation" Games: Gunboats with very little Honor awarded. (1 point of Honor to the top three, if someone solos, but 5

of Honor to anyone who can pull a 2-way.)

New Variant: North Sea Wars

Hey everyone. I did some variants in the past and I had a new idea.
Wanted to make something a bit more balanced (see Fubar variant) and a bit faster (see Dutch Revolt). I do like wonky map designs and I will not dissapoint this time.
