Anywhere to download Classic map files?
I've looked around a bit and I can't find anywhere where I can download the original diplomacy map files and borders for creating a variant based off the classic map. I'm thinking of creating a variant and if I could get these it would save a ton of work.

Gobble, sorry, yes I misunderstood you a bit.
"I am only saying that it is imprudent for Rox to clamour for a disqualification while President Eden believes not all is settled. " is much more agreeable than "desperate", "terrorist" or "your way or Armageddon"
So I was only try to demonstrate that, if Rox is a terrorist, then someone else could be. If Rox is thinking "my way or Armageddon" then someone else is also.
It was only a "if/then" argumentation with the rethorical-questions' method and not a personal attack.
I apologize if I offended you, and I thank you for replying the way you did because this way you gave me the chance of better explain my thought.

That said, I'd like to have your comments on:
1) the second part of my previous message
2) What if President doesn't show up

Glimpsed through the Devonian win with Italy;
Canaduh your strategy was wrong. Seeing the fleet in Spain, you should have mobilised to stop him in France before it was too late. A Ber - Kie was dumb too.

Canaduh has yet to win on the IvG map (only playing 6 games).

In the spring of the final year, I wrote down orders on what I would do if I was Canaduh. Had he hypothetically done that, Devonian would have been winning 17-15 at the end of the year.

@langaidin: You played him in the first week of the tournament, won both games. He hasn't lost since.

Who would have guessed your stunning victories over him would have motivated him to never loose again. lol

Yes, this is the matter.
If PE is "forfeit" then Rox gets a bye, that in a knockout Match means qualification for next knockout.
If PE is "disqualified" then someone else should be "qualified" in his place. The 5th of Group B.

IMHO, this is a forfeit.
PE didn't broke any rule which penalty was disqualification. Actually, he didn't broke any rule at all. He just didn't show up for his Match and this is typical of forfeits.
