As long as team Canada is okay with only two, we could have Team Asia, Team Europe, and Team Canada face off with the two USA teams.

at the moment 17 people have signed up, which is a prime number. We'd need at least 1, preferably 3+ more people to sign up if this is to work.

Just out of curiosity, how does the world cup format work? I know it was mentioned that different maps of different formats are played, but how does the overall format work?
