According to my falliable statistics, Middle Francia in theory should perform slightly better then the rest. Only marginally, by having one less tempo then the rest

Middle France seems vunerable, but with two SC-less regions up north and the English Channel causing commotion over the isles, it is very possible to see the east and west fighting

West of Anglo-Saxons and north of Atlantic is nothing.

I didn't have time to get to Oli this week so the variant rules didn't get sticked anywhere.

Moors and Papal States are akin to Constantinople or Kiel from classic so that's the way to get from Med to Atlantic. Anglosaxons is like Baleares from Ancient Med and Baltic stretches from Slavs through Danes to Anglosaxons.

Middle Francia is almost impossible to kill thanks to its reign over Med (it can deny both the neutrals that border it in the first year) so it's not like it will be gangbanged all the time as in the real life. The number of SCs is low so all 3 countries should make it to the end anyway and balance of power should be strived to once the neutrals are taken.

The colors suck hard, I know, but that's the least of my concerns :)

Baltic is a little confusing, just the placement and how it's split up. Also, if I am able to move from Baltic to Saxony, shouldnt I be able to use Baltic to support a move to Saxony from Slavs?

It should be. Are you saying it isn't? I might've messed up the sea-coast interaction.
