Agree with 48 hours and the honourable players agreement. Would it be possible to run all games simultaneously? I'd prefer that to rounds of 2.

Simultaneous for sure. I don't mind about the buy-in amount. Do we have a volunteer GM from outside the 7 players who could generate the country assignments and PM the players. This is the ideal way to kick it off.

@BobRoss: I assumed that I would PM everyone to tell which country they were in which game and then, for each game, ask 1 person to create that game. How does it work if you are the one creating games beforehand?

@mercy: you may choose random or optimized as you see fit. you may tell us which you chose after the tournament is over :)

Personally I don't mind going down to 8p/game (or even lower than that). Points have no meaning to me. But I suppose not all feel the same way?

@Mercy, if I recall correctly from my previous experience (it has been a while back) - I can create the games without actually joining them as country. I shall then first let others join so that players won't be able to immediately derive which country I will be playing in which game. You can already do the randomisation regardless of the games having been created.
