Please never talk about an ongoing game in the Forum, expecially if it's a gunboat and/or anonymous. Also, if it's anonymous, you should not tell you're in it (or you're not) until it's completely finished.

That said:
1. You vote draw if you want the game to be drawn among all surviving players. D-Points will be split equally among the drawers. Vote must be unanimous.
2. You vote cancel if you want the game to be canceled and deleted from the database. It's like it never existed and D-Points you bet will be refunded. Vote must be unanimous.

Usually if there is an NMR or a CD reasonable players will chose to end a broken game.

If your question was specific to this game, then as Guaroz pointed out, it is frowned on in this site. However, if you are asking about the site etiquette, then you should simply have kept it vague and not included the name of the game. In my opinion, this would have been ok. But, there might be others who disagree.

As far a site etiquette for drawing, cancelling, or playing on after NMR's or CD's. I am not aware of any defined rules or guidelines for this. I think each player makes their own decisions on these. I tend to want to play on, but consider cancelling/drawing if I am unfairly advantaged. This is particularly true on larger games, where NMR's and CD's are common. On smaller games, where the impact can be huge, I am more inclined to end the game.

@Devo. Sure, if you want neither one thing nor the other, then you don't vote at all. I thought it was obvious but maybe it was not, so thanks for pinpointing it.
Also, I agree with all you said. I think I voted cancel or draw because of an NMR only 2 or 3 times in my life and just if the NMR was in the first year of a small game (For some reason, who NMRs later is always someone who had a bad start, that makes me think he could be a tiler). Only exception was a Team WWII that was devastated by dozens of NMRs.

I remember that one. It was going very well for my team too :(
